WARRANTY
- All products except (light bulbs) carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty is void if it is deemed that the fitting has been incorrectly fitted, not fitted by a qualified electrician or mistreated and not used for the purpose supplied.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
- Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to Holdcroft lighting within 48 hours of receiving goods.
- If after 48 hours we have not been notified of damage or faulty goods, we will take this as full acceptance of goods.
- We will endeavour to replace the whole item or send any relevant parts, and in some circumstances we may issue a full refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your payment card (within 28 days) minus any delivery or collection costs that may have incurred.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
- If your order is out of stock then we will inform you as soon as possible by telephone or email. You will have the option to wait for your order until it arrives or cancel or amend your order.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
- Our payment is fully secured by protx on line security
PRIVACY MATTERS
- Your details are used solely to process your order. We do not disclose any customer information to third parties. The information that is collected at the time of placing your order is used solely for the processing of your order
TAX CHARGES
- For orders made from the UK or the European union 20% VAT is added
INSTALLATION
- A qualified electrician must install products supplied.
- Incorrect installation can deem warranty void
- Liability will not be accepted for any personal damages due to incorrect installation
- Your statuary rights are not affected.
